Petro is one of the reputed companies in the field of chemical process engineering. We will convert your ideas into engineering designs. We will design new plant from scratch. The crux of our service is providing Front End Engineering Design Service (FEEDS).

 

We will generate heat and material balance using a host of simulators. Developing process flow diagrams (PFDs), piping and instrumentation diagrams (P &IDs) and an AutoCAD 3-D model are some of the services we offer.  We have completed more than 70 jobs  worldwide in the last 30 years.

 

Two grass root plants have been built on our design. Petro can handle all project elements from conceptual design to process design, detailed engineering, site studies, procurement and commissioning.

 

We employ state-of-the-art design tools (ASPEN PLUS, Pro II, AutoCAD 2010, CadWORX and DESIGN II) to deliver innovative solutions to our clients.

 

Our modest size and lean staff structure allows us to serve clients in a cost-effective manner.

 

Our forensic services include fault analysis of failed equipment or complete chemical manufacturing plants.  We will spot weak assumptions and inadequate work.  We will point out favorable and unfavorable facts.  We have testified in Texas court as an engineering experts.  We will appraise chemical manufacturing plants have presented “Fair Market Value” for complete petroleum refineries.

Petro was formed by R. D. Kulkarni, P. E. in 1980 and is a Louisiana Corporation. We have been serving the Louisiana – Texas gulf-coast petrochemical plants since 1980.  To serve worldwide refiners and petrochemical plants we moved to Houston in 1990,
