Ready Design for an Ethanol Plant

We have a ready design to produce 3 MM GPD motor fuel grade ethanol from corn.

Product yield is 2.6 gallons per bushel.  The plant also produces Distillers Dark Grain & Solubles, carbon dioxide by-product.  The plant will operate as a continuous flow process.

A portion of the plant’s power requirement is obtained from steam turbines.  Steam generators produce 600 # steam, which drive turbines. Turbine exhaust steam at 150 # is used in the process.

The plant will be located near Centerville, Texas and will supply oxygenates to motor gasoline to Dallas, Austin and Houston via dedicated ethanol pipelines.
