Industrial Waste Recovery/Reuse Survey

Waste Minimization

We have been involved in developing effective and economic waste recycling plans for a number of chemical manufacturers in the Louisiana—Texas gulf-coast. At the time of the study, one chemical plants’s waste was being incinerated off site.

With potential of continuing liabilities, Petro compared costs for installing a distillation system to recover a portion of the waste for recycle.  Next  Petro designed a conceptual distillation system.

Petro concluded the study by conducting detailed economic analyses based on recovered chemical values.
